Administrator

Configure and maintain the CoComply platform including user management, integrations, permissions, and system settings.

Platform Administration Overview

Administrators are responsible for the technical health and configuration of the CoComply platform. This includes onboarding users, configuring integrations with source systems, managing role-based access controls, and maintaining the organizational structure within the platform.

  • Provision and deprovision user accounts with appropriate role assignments
  • Configure SSO integration via SAML 2.0 or OIDC (Entra ID, Okta, Ping)
  • Set up data source integrations and connection credentials
  • Manage organizational hierarchy including divisions, departments, and lines of business
  • Configure notification schedules and escalation rules
  • Review system audit logs for security and compliance purposes

User and Role Management

CoComply supports role-based access control with predefined roles for each user persona. Administrators can assign users to one or more roles, scope access to specific organizational units, and configure delegation rules for when primary owners are unavailable.

SSO and Identity Configuration

CoComply integrates with enterprise identity providers using OIDC and SAML 2.0. The platform supports Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Ping Identity out of the box. Administrators configure the identity provider connection through the platform settings panel and can enforce MFA requirements through their identity provider.

  • Configure OIDC discovery URL and client credentials
  • Map identity provider groups to CoComply roles
  • Test SSO configuration before enabling for all users
  • Set session timeout and token refresh policies

Integration Management

CoComply integrates with data catalogs, quality platforms, and core banking systems. Administrators configure these integrations through the Integrations panel using API keys or OAuth credentials. Supported integrations include Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, Informatica, and major core banking platforms.

System Health and Audit Logs

The Admin dashboard provides a real-time view of system health including API response times, integration sync status, and job queue depth. All user actions within CoComply are logged to an immutable audit trail that can be exported for compliance review.
